What to get for a 60yr old. This was recommended to my by a friend as I’m not a gin drinker but my brother is. I’m hoping he will enjoy the gift of tailoring his own gin. 😊
They do say that the only time you find out how god a company is is when something goes wrong. I have ordered from Welsh Wind on several occasions and found their service excellent. For the first time something was not right with the last order. After contacting them by email all was dealt with and everything put right with politeness and no fuss. I congratulate James from customer services, with his diligence and speed to react to the problem. And not only that the Dewi Sant gin and glasses are a firm favourite with my wife. I personally am looking the new whiskey when it becomes available next month. Well done Welsh Wind for 5* service.
Simply the most silky smooth gin with a beautifully soft finish that makes it a delight to drink neat over ice. A simple tonic is all that is needed with a slice of cucumber to dress it up; and there it is... an perfect aperitif for summer or winter evenings, high days, holidays and Mondays too !
The Gin was a gift but much appreciated by the recipients who have opened it already and loved the flavour balance.
I've tried all of In The Welsh Wind gins. I have to say I like them all. Dewi sant with it's subtle aniseed flavour is my current fave. It has a clean, fresh taste with a hint of aniseed.....perfect.
