Shipping Policy
Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery date is displayed on the product page when you order. During peak times, dispatch times may be extended.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, depending on the value of your order.

Vouchers and prints - £1.50 (or free, for e-vouchers)

Bottles (under £50) - £5.30

Distillery Pick up - Free (any order value)
Picking Up from the Distillery
You can collect your order anytime between 9-5, Monday to Saturday. Please wait for the confirmation email that your order is ready to collect and bring your order confirmation with you.
International Shipping
Please contact us if you would like us to ship internationally.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. In the Welsh Wind Distillery Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us which will contain a tracking link.
If you have checked the tracking link and still haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@inthewelshwind.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We can only offer a replacement or refund if your goods arrive damaged, if they do not arrive with you at all, or if the wrong goods arrive with you. We ask you to notify us of any problems within specific time limits, set out in our Refund policy, which also explains how we will rectify any issues.
We are fully compliant with the Distance Selling Regulations – details are also included in our Refund policy.
Discounted Shipping
From time to time we may offer shipping at different/reduced rates as promotional opportunities for our customers. Where this is the case, the remainder of this Shipping Policy applies. Customers will be advised of these temporary changes through our social media channels and newsletter.
